The delegation members were Dr. Ludwig Spaenle, former State Minister a.D., special commissioner of the Bavarian State Government, Miriam Spaenle wife of Dr. Spaenle, accompanying the delegation, Ulrich Fritz head of the office of the State Commissioner, Dr. Robert Sigel, Director of Studies at the office of the State Commissioner, Werner Karg, Ministerial Council, Bavarian State Ministry for Education and Cultural Affairs Head of Dept. VII.2 and Dr. Jack Terry, Holocaust Survivor.
The delegation met with several stakeholders and academic partners, such as Prof. Dr. Kizel, from Haifa University and others. The members of the delegation and the Hanns Seidel Foundation representatives were discussing, among other issues, the upcoming 50 years commemoration of the Munich Massacre.
